CS250 Databases is a second-year course of the BSc Computer Science, taught by Dr. Priya Sharma. Topics include the relational model, SQL, normalisation, transactions and an introduction to vector databases for AI retrieval workloads.
The course runs in Spring 2027 and is worth 5 credits. It meets Fri 09:00–12:00, Hargrove Hall 108. Assessment is by a group project and an oral exam in May 2027.
