MB340 Marine Conservation is a third-year course of the BSc Marine Biology, taught by Dr. Claire Moreau. It covers protected-area design, fisheries policy, ecosystem restoration and stakeholder engagement, built around a live case on the Northlight fjord.

The course runs in Spring 2027 and is worth 10 credits. It meets Wed 13:00–16:00, Aldercliff Station Auditorium. Assessment is by a conservation case study defended in an oral exam in May 2027.
