HI105 World History to 1500 opens the BA History, taught by Dr. Amara Okonkwo. It follows trade, faith and empire across Afro-Eurasia and the Americas up to 1500, training students in source criticism from the first week.

The course runs in Fall 2026 and is worth 10 credits. It meets Mon & Wed 11:00–12:30, Old Library Lecture Room. The final exam takes place on Tuesday 15 December 2026, 09:00–12:00, in the Great Hall.
